Privacy policy

This policy explains how Sparkle Avenue Cleaning Services ("we", "us") uses the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you're interested in and, if you choose to give them, your email address and details about your property. We also record which advert or page brought you to the site (for example a Google Ads click ID) so we know which advertising works.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, give you a price, arrange and carry out your clean, and keep records of the work. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by our website host, Netlify. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp. If we use Google Analytics or Google Ads, Google processes data about your visit using cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us at sparkleavenue0@gmail.com or call 07747 708603. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
